SHIPPING POLICY — VJ EDUCATION

At VJ Education, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your products.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and another email once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We partner with reliable courier services across India.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote/Interior Locations: 7–15 business days

All estimated delivery times may vary depending on courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. ORDER TRACKING

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing your:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can use this link to track the status of your shipment anytime.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability at delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

If a shipment returns due to these reasons, reshipping charges will apply.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or follow steps based on our Refund Policy.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and provide a suitable resolution.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, VJ Education ships only within India.
International shipping is not available.
